Shipping:
Most orders are shipped the next working day. We use DPD couriers to deliver all orders and they operate contactless delivery. We send our EU orders from our Irish warehouse, and all UK orders are sent from our UK warehouse, meaning there is no customs or import taxes on any orders. See below steps on how orders are processed:
Step 1. You place your order for your Elephant product.
Step 2. We process your order and create a shipping label, you will then receive an email letting you know your order has been shipped and a tracking number where you can track it on www.dpd.ie/tracking
Step 3. We safely prepare your order in our warehouse and dispatch the order with DPD
Step 4. You will be contacted by DPD on the morning of delivery to let you know a delivery time.
Step 5. DPD delivers your Elephant in a safe, contactless way.
Step 6. Remove from the box and enjoy!
Returns:
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Elephant product, we offer FREE 30 Day Returns.
All you need to do is send us an email to info@elephantliving.com within 30 days for the purchase date, stating your order name and order number, and a brief description of why you wish to return the item and if you would like a full refund or exchange it for another product.
We will then contact DPD to collect the item and return it to us. All we ask is that the item is in its original packaging, sealed and ready for collection.

The Classic Nylon is the first material we used and has been a firm favourite ever since. The Classic Nylon material can be used outdoors as it has a water resistant material, it can be easily wiped clean and comes in an array of fun & vibrant colours!
Finished in soft lined nylon fabric for the ultimate comfort and with 4 line of double stitching, strong velcro and safety zip closing it is a very durable material.
Ideal for lounging, sharing, gaming and toy rooms!
Quilted Material - Available in Jumbo, Junior and Quilted Cube
Luxuriously soft faux leather, featuring a quilted cross stich on one side for definition, easily cleaned and also comes with a velcro and safety zip close feature. Easily cleaned, a wipe of a cloth is enough to keep it looking great.
It is available in luxurious colours to meet the luxurious feel, Burgundy Red, Grey, Black and Gold! We wanted an Elephant that appealed to adults and children alike so we designed a mature looking luxurious bean bag and we came up with our Quilted Material.
