Purchased bean bag refills for a previously purchased bag, our family love the bean bag and everyone uses it in their own way. Lasts for years and extremely comfortable to sit on. Great service and prompt delivery. Would highly recommend.

We have 2 large mellow beanbags and love them but they take up a LOT of space. The mini is perfect for our daughter.
The weighted blanket and mellow beanbag are excellent quality. Both products are very beneficial for my son. Customer service is also excellent.
The product description clearly states that the cover is removable and machine washable at 30°C. Customer service then told me the cover is not machine washable, which directly contradicts the information on the website.
When I queried this and requested escalation, I found customer service unhelpful and received no evidence to support their position. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.
Hi Sinead, thanks for taking the time to leave your review, however what you have said is not actually true, hence our response. You purchased the Elephant Junior in our Classic Nylon material, and when you asked if this is supposed to have a machine washable cover, we informed you that as per the 'Cleaning and Maintenance' section on the product page - the Classic Nylon material is not removable, but is spot clean and wipeable with a damp cloth - we even took a screenshot and circled the area where is says that, we also suggested that if you wanted the Junior with a removable and machine washable cover, the Fabric option would have been best for you. When you requested to speak with a manager, you were advised that you were already speaking with Mark, the owner. We have received no further response from you since, so we were unable to help you any further. Like most small family run business, almost all the emails are answered by us, the owners!
I bought the small brown Bean Bag as a footstool and it didn’t disappoint. The fabric is gorgeous, and the height is perfect. Getting it in the sale was an absolute winner. Thanks to all for prompt delivery with excellent communication all the way through. 10/10 to the team at Elephant 😊 🫶🏼
