Shopping early? Gifts bought between 1 November and 24 December can be returned free of charge until 31 January 2027, so there's no rush if it isn't quite right. Outside Christmas, every order comes with free 30-day returns.

What's the last day to order for Christmas?
Order by 1pm on Monday 21 December for Ireland, Thursday 17 December for the UK and Tuesday 15 December for the EU. After that, an e-gift card is the fastest option.
Do bean bags arrive ready to use?
Yes. Our bean bags arrive pre-filled, so there's no assembly and no loose beans on Christmas morning.
How will my order be delivered?
We dispatch within 24–48 hours with DPD. You'll get a tracking link, and on the morning of delivery DPD sends a 1-hour delivery window.
What if the gift isn't right?
Returns are free. Gifts bought between 1 November and 24 December can be returned until 31 January 2027; just email info@elephantliving.com with your order number.
