Shipping:
We dispatch orders within 24–48 hours using DPD couriers, who provide safe, contactless delivery.
- Irish & EU orders are shipped from our Irish warehouse
- UK orders are shipped from our UK warehouse - this means no customs charges or import taxes for you.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a DPD tracking link. On the morning of delivery, DPD will text or email you with a 1-hour delivery window.
Returns:

To start a return, simply email info@elephantliving.com with your order name, order number, and a quick note on whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange.
We’ll arrange a DPD collection — just ensure the item is unused, in resaleable
condition and securely packed, ideally in its original packaging, ready for
pickup
