What are the Elephant brand products made from?
Our products are made from either nylon,leatherette or micro suede, which makes all our items water resistant and easily cleaned.
How should I clean my Elephant product?
We recommend using some warm soapy water (and some elbow grease!!) to keep you Elephant product looking good.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes, our site is secured with a Shopify SSL certificate that ensures you can shop safely and with peace of mind. All payments are securely processed by Shopify Payments.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Laser/Debit card and Paypal.
If you would like to pay by cheque, postal orders or bank draft, please forward payment and your order to our offices.
How is my order delivered?
We use DPD couriers to deliver all our orders, you will receive an email and tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can then track your order on www.dpd.ie
DPD will also send you a text message on the morning of delivery advising of a delivery time.
We send our EU orders from our Irish warehouse, and all UK orders are sent from our UK warehouse, meaning there is no customs or import taxes on any orders.
I am not in during the day, where will my goods be left?
All items need to be signed for. If you will not be at home to accept delivery we advise you to get the goods sent to your work address or sent to someone who will be in during the day.
Also, if a particular day that would suit you for delivery please include this in your order and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
My parcel/goods are damaged, what should I do?

What is the “Cooling Off” period?
The “cooling off” period is a period you have as an online consumer in which to make up your mind if you want the goods or not. By law, you have seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods in which you can cancel the contract. You do not have to have a reason to cancel – a simple change of mind is enough.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please email info@elephantliving.com to arrange a return or exchange. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. Damaged or faulty products need to be immediately brought to our attention by emailing info@elephantliving.com
