Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We ship all orders with DPD Couriers.

We currently ship to the following countries:

Republic of Ireland

Northern Ireland

UK

France

Germany

The Netherlands

Denmark

Orders Values of €/£ 0 – €/£ 74.99 = €/£4.99 per order.

Orders Over €/£ 75.00 qualifies for FREE Delivery to the above countries.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the in the following 24 hours, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day.

All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

 

Ordering from Ireland, Northern Ireland or EU

All our Ireland, Northern Ireland and EU orders are sent from our Irish warehouse, meaning there is no customs or import taxes to be paid on any orders from the these regions.

We work with DPD to deliver all orders.

You will receive a text.email on the morning of delivery to notifiy you of a delivery time. 

 

Ordering from the UK

UK orders are sent from our UK warehouse, meaning there is no customs or import taxes to be paid on any orders from the UK.

We work with DPD to deliver all UK orders. You will receive a text.email on the morning of delivery to notifiy you of a delivery time.

Please note this may state the delivery is from 'Orchard Distribution' who operate our UK distribution.

 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

If you need to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, please contact us by email to info@elephantliving.com with your order number as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that we will able to change the delivery address, but we will try!

 We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
