Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Elephant product — but if it’s not quite right, we’ll make it right. Here’s how returns and refunds work:
Free Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange — completely free of charge.
To start a return or exchange, just email us at info@elephantliving.com, and our team will arrange everything for you, including free collection.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- The return must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Elephant Refill Packs
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health, hygiene, or personal care items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Hazardous or flammable materials
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.
Haven’t received your refund yet?
- Double-check your bank or credit card account.
- Then contact your provider — sometimes processing takes a little time.

Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at info@elephantliving.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value of the return. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
How to Return
Just email us at info@elephantliving.com — we’ll arrange a free collection from your address. There’s no need to ship it yourself.
